Brief introduction of Three cylinder rotary dryer

Three-cylinder dryer is mainly applied for stoving slag, sand, coal, coal ash, iron powder, ore, quartz sand and other particle materials, with following characteristics:
1. self-cylinder insulation, thermal efficiency up to 95%.
2. The whole length of the dryer than mono-cylinder reduced by about 50%, by this bringing down land investment.
3. Cylinder applies heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel plate welding, with long service life and easy maintenance.
4. With high thermal efficiency, temperature of outer cylinder is not more than 60°C (temperature of outer mono-cylinder is high to 150°C ).
5. Low outlet temperature, long-service dust removal, can be directly connected to air box pulse bag filter.
6. Without gear and pinion drive, but wheel rotation applied, level operation of the complete machine makes system simple and reasonable.
7. Airheater could match boiling furnace, or oil furnace and gas furnace can also be applied, which can dry materials with size below 20mm.
8. Final moisture can be adjusted according to requirement of customer.

The main functions:
Three cylinder dryer is mainly used for the drying of particle materials within a certain range of humidity, such as yellow sand used in dry mortar industry, various specifications of sand in foundry industry,
blast furnace slag cement in building materials industry, small size clay, for chemicals no changes in
chemical industry, the small granular materials that is not afraid of high temperature and dust.
According to the requirement in last water content after drying material in different industries, the material after drying, the water content can meet below 1-0.5%.
