Working principle
When stone entering the stone impact crusher, materials are continuously thrown to the impact device above the rotor by the high-speed rotating blow bar. Then they are rebounded from the impact plate to the working area of the blow bar, and are impacted again. The materials from large to small are to be crushed by the first and second impact rack repeatedly. The process won’t stop until the materials are crushed to the required size and then discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the distance between the impact rack and the rotor frame can change the shape and size of the final product.
