This series of impact crushers are the latest impact crushers of our company, they are developed by absorbing the domestic and foreign advanced technology and combining with the specific mining condition of sand industry. It has the latest manufacturing technology and the unique structure design. Its finished product is cubic without tension or crack, and able to break all kinds of materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc. ) whose feeding size is within 500 mm and compressive strength is within 350MPa. It is widely used in the works of ore-breaking, railway,highway, energy, cement, chemical, construction and so on. Its discharging size is adjustable, and breaking specification is varied.This series of products can process the material with side length of 100 to 500mm and the compression strength of its feeding materials can reach 350mpa. They have the advantages of big reduction ratio and cubic shape of finished products.
Structure of large capacity impact crusher :
The impact crusher is mainly made up of rotor rack, impact rack, ratchet wheel cover-open device, rotating parts as well as other components.There are two parallel rotors in the mobile impact crusher, with some altitude differences. The position of the first rotor is relatively high, with an angle of 12° from the ligature of the first and the second rotor. The first rotor is a heavy type, used for coarse crushing; the second rotor rotates fast, which can meet the need of the final products. The rotors are both fixed with bolts. The 12 blow bars distributed to 6 rows are made of high manganese steel. The rotors are fixed on the main shaft, separately connected with the coupling of two engines. All impact boards are made of high manganese steel.
Working principle of large capacity impact crusher :
When the impact crushing machine works, the motor drives the rotor which is installed with hammers at high speed. When the materials get into the area which the hammers affect, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers function for re-crushing. The materials from large to small all to be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly. The process won’t stop till the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet of the impact stone crusher and mineral impact crusher.
