This machine is mainly composed of rotors, the feed plate, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring and other components. With reasonable structure, well made, high output, low energy consumption, convenient operation.
Indirect dryer performance characteristics:
1, the equipment investment is needed for 1/6 of the imported products.
2, material moisture to ensure below 0.5%, dry mortar and slag powder production line is the preferred product.
3, barrel self insulation thermal efficiency is as high as 70% (traditional single drum dryer heat efficiency is only 35%), improve the thermal efficiency is 35%.

Working principle of rotary coal slime dryer
♦ Materials are sent to hopper of the machine by belt conveyor or bucket elevator
♦ Materials enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side
♦ Hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together
♦ Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating
♦ Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of dryer drying machine.
