Introduction of carbon ball briquette machine
Coal ball briquette machine also called: Strong pressure ball press machine, slag ball press machine, roller ball press machine, goose molding machine. Ball press machine is mainly used to suppress difficult molding powder material,such as coke, iron oxide skin, remove dust, coal, all kinds of metallurgy powder, carbon powder, etc. It mainly used for coal molding, powder molding, Gypsum molding, coke powder molding, iron ore and metal powder molding.

 

Carbon ball briquette machine structure consists of three parts: the feeding part, transmission part and molding part.
1.Feeding part achieve dosing feeding to ensure access to the material evenly between the rolls.
2.Transmission part, main drive system are: motor -- triangle belts--reducer--open gear--roller.
3.Forming part, mainly refer to host part of machine and the core part is the roller.

 

Coal ball briquette machine  through reducer simultaneously transmitted the power to two pressure rollers and made them rotated in opposite directions. In two pressure rollers rotation, materials naturally enter into the ball molds on pressure roller and materials pressure vary from small to large with the rotation of the pressure roller. When the material is rotated to two rollers line contact points, materials pressure has reached a peak. Under enormous pressure, the powder materials are suppressed into finished ball.

 

Industrial requirements of carbon ball briquette machine 
1.Particle size between 90-260 mesh. 
2.Material is not allowed with any metal object, otherwise it will damage the skin surface of the roll.
3.Feeding supply must meet, it's better to use adjust screw feeder and observe the feedback materials to adjust the supply of new material.

4.Before feeding, it needs a few circles empty operation to prevent feeding too much causing the gear and motor overload and roller broken.
